The Subdivision

The subdivision is located within the Southwest Hills of Downtown Portland, providing regional views of the cities’ tallest buildings, the Willamette River, and mountain ranges to the north and east.

The Neighborhood & Schools

The City

The Portland streetcar runs through the PSU area and connects downtown with the Pearl District, NW Portland, South Waterfront as well as the Central East-side and Rose Quarter.
